What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel it.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! A confirmation email with your order details and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed and dispatched.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the UAE and GCC region, as well as internationally. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Within the UAE, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions are available from time to time. Check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize if this happened. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

We offer next-day delivery across all UAE emirates for orders placed before 2pm. Remote areas may take 1-2 additional days.
Yes! Free shipping on all orders above AED 150. Orders below have a flat AED 20 delivery fee.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us and we will arrange a free collection.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 days depending on your bank.
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
💳 Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all UAE orders. All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Yes! COD is available for all UAE orders. A small AED 10 handling fee applies for COD orders.
Yes, all prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) by default. International customers will see prices converted to their local currency at checkout.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) Sunday through Thursday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on Friday are dispatched the following business day.

🔄 Returns policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, here is how our return process works:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging
  • We offer free return pickup for all UAE orders
  • Items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to start a return: Contact us via WhatsApp (++923032238551) or email (hello@arbibazar.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange collection within 24 hours.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Apple Pay refunds: 1–3 business days after processing
  • Store credit: Issued instantly upon return approval
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer within 5 business days
💡 Prefer store credit? Choose store credit instead of a refund and we will add an extra 10% bonus to your credit balance as a thank you.

📦 Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered — we will make it right immediately, no questions asked.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send a photo of the item and packaging
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours of your report
  • No need to return the damaged item in most cases

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After that, your order is held at a local collection point for 5 days before being returned to us.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes. Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order for fastest turnaround.
